The Department of Pediatrics in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Queen’s University invites applications invites applications to fill a one year locum in general pediatrics. The successful applicant must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Physician funding is provided through an Alternative Funding Program (AFP) with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

As a member of the Department of Pediatrics, the successful applicant will provide clinical teaching at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Clinical duties will include shared day time and on-call coverage of the inpatient pediatric ward as well as provision of outpatient clinics and shared coverage of the Pediatric Urgent Care Centre. Applicants should also provide evidence of an ability to work in an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment.
